Are your educators, tutors, or volunteers struggling to implement and adapt your curriculum solutions for all your students?

Our experienced instructional coaches provide your educators, tutors, and volunteers with evidence-based strategies and resources that will support and challenge your neurodivergent students of color.

We specialize in coaching special education teachers, general education/inclusion teachers, gifted/advanced specialists, and paraprofessionals to increase their capacity to nurture the strengths and meet the needs of neurodivergent students of color.

Our Approach

We use the Plan-Do-Study-Act framework to support educators, tutors, and volunteers who teach neurodivergent students of color with implementing evidence-based practices in alignment with their students' strengths, preferences, and needs.

During virtual or in-person coaching sessions, educators will refine and elevate their skills within the High Leverage Practice Domains: collaboration, data-driven planning, instruction in behavior and academics, and intensifying and intervening as needed.

Our coaches nurture your educators, tutors, and volunteers' curiosity, problem-solving, strategic planning, and reflection skills to make positive impacts in your students' learning experiences in 10-hour coaching cycles (i.e. 10 one-hour coaching sessions)

A Coaching Model Increasing Students' Academic Outcomes

During the 2024-2025 academic year, our Founder & CEO, Leroy Smith, served as the Math Instructional Coach at Patterson Park Public Charter School to address the negative impacts of the school closures from the COVID 19 pandemic in the mathematics.

As of result of implementing a coaching model aligned with the National Center for Intensive Intervention's proposed coaching model, Leroy coached 3rd-8th grade math teachers to increase the academic results of diverse student populations.

Let's review some of the results from the individualized and group coaching models Leroy implemented with the math teachers at Patterson Park Public Charter School.
