Our Founder, Leroy Smith, created Realized Curriculum Solutions because he refused to accept the systemic neglect and marginalization of neurodivergent students of color in educational organizations. Through his 10+ years of experience in education, our Founder has increased the academic and social outcomes of neurodivergent students of color in schools, ed-tech companies, and non-profit organizations through an integrated approach of designing and implementing culturally relevant and neuro-affirming curriculum solutions.
