Meet Leroy! 

Leroy Smith is passionate about supporting Black boys with disabilities.
 
Leroy's personal experience of growing up with siblings and caregivers with disabilities has fueled his commitment to special education.
 
In 2020, Leroy founded Realized Curriculum Solutions, bringing with him over 10 years of experience as a special education teacher. He is a licensed special education and elementary education teacher in Washington D.C. and Maryland. His impact has touched the lives of over 4,000 students throughout the United States of America.
 
He combines cultural pride, family advocacy, and results-driven strategies and resources to help Black boys with disabilities achieve success and empowerment within their schools and communities.
